Monique Eastwood is a Personal Trainer & Lifestyle Coach. She creates individual Training and Lifestyle programmes using a combination of Nutrition advice and Exercise techniques from her Dance, Pilates and Fitness background. She has worked as a personal trainer on set at Warner Brothers (Edge of Tomorrow), Shepperton (Into the Woods) and Pinewood Studios.
